The Thalassocracy of the Valley of the River Sharks is a country in central Fantanesia.
The country divides the Reef Sea and the Black Water Sea.
Government[]
The V.R.S. operates under a quasi-feudalist government. Each of the country's nine disctricts is governed by a Ruling Tribe which is led by a Patriarch of Matriarch. All tribes swear loyalty to the River Shark tribe (which governs the capital district) and the Temple of Sun Moon Stars, the country's major religious institution.
National law is a mixture of Tribal Law and Temple Law, enforced by tribal guards.
